COVID-19 RESPONSE

As of March 19, 2020, Phillips & Sons will remain open to respond to heating and cooling needs for both residential and commercial properties.  In an attempt to minimize contact with the public our company will be practicing the following effective immediately:

-  All service technicians and employees have been encouraged to stay home if they have presented any symptoms of illness or have been around anyone that have presented any symptoms of illness.

-  All service technicians and installation technicians have been instructed to stay outside as much as possible when responding to cooling calls and to practice the 6ft of distancing from the customer at all times should they have to enter a residence or office space.

-  All service technicians and installation technicians have been instructed to minimize points of contact within a residence. The service technician may ask the customer or home owner to operate their own thermostats when the system is being serviced.

-  Our main office is now open to the public but we encourage anyone who feels as though they need to or would like to wear a mask to do so while in our building.

-  If you would like to pay an invoice you can send a check by mail or pay by phone via credit card (credit card payment terms still apply).

If you or someone in your home are ill or are in the category of most vulnerable to COVID-19 (i.e. elderly, have a previous underlying medical conditions, etc.) please disclose that information upon placing a service call so that our dispatch team can come up with a course of action that will best serve you and keep everyone safe. 

Like many other small businesses and companies across the nation, Phillips & Sons’ primary concern is for the safety of our customers and our community.  Phillips & Sons takes all government and CDC recommendations seriously and will adhere to all Executive Orders passed by our state and federal government.  Please stay safe and take care of one another!
