The Preventative Maintenance Program is a wonderful way to keep your HVAC system clean and stay aware of any potential operational issues regarding your heating & cooling system.
The maintenance contract is for specific maintenance tasks and should the system need repairs (i.e. parts, refrigerant, additional labor for extremely dirty components) these repairs will be billed at the current hourly service rate per man per hour plus materials.
